Accessibility Statement
Effective Date: August 25, 2026
Reflect is committed to making reflectadvisors.com accessible and usable for as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We view accessibility as an ongoing responsibility and consider accessibility when we develop, maintain, and update the Site.
01
Our Accessibility Approach
Reflect aims to design, build, and maintain the Site with reference to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. This is an ongoing objective, not a representation that every part of the Site is fully conformant at all times.
When developing and updating the Site, we aim to support meaningful text alternatives for informative images, semantic headings and labels, keyboard navigation, visible keyboard focus, sufficient contrast, responsive text resizing, understandable forms and error messages, and captions or alternative content for applicable media.
02
Feedback and Requests for Assistance
If you experience difficulty accessing any part of the Site, need information in an alternative format, or have a suggestion for improving accessibility, email info@reflectadvisors.com.
To help us respond, please include the web page or content you were trying to access, a description of the issue, and the best way to contact you. We will make reasonable efforts to acknowledge your request and work with you toward an accessible alternative or solution.
03
Ongoing Review
We seek to identify and address accessibility barriers through design review, development practices, automated checks, manual testing, and feedback from Site users. Accessibility is considered when new content, forms, and third-party tools are introduced.
