Adam Zalev is the Co-Founder of Reflect where he serves as a Managing Director. He is based out of Nashville, Tennessee. Throughout his career, Mr. Zalev has been involved in a wide range of U.S. and Cross-Border corporate finance and balance sheet restructuring mandates. With nearly 25 years of experience, Mr. Zalev has advised management, boards, shareholders and lenders on matters such as acquisitions, divestitures, financings, refinancings, balance sheet restructurings and operational change initiatives.

Prior to founding Reflect, Mr. Zalev was a Senior Managing Director of FTI Consulting Inc., prior to that he was a Managing Director of Alvarez & Marsal. Mr. Zalev holds a BA in Economics & Finance from York University and a Masters of Management & Professional Accounting from The University of Toronto. He is a CPA, a designated corporate finance specialist and a Certified Turnaround Professional. Mr. Zalev is regularly listed as a Global and National Leader on the Who’s Who Legal rankings of Restructuring Advisors. In 2015, Mr. Zalev was named as a member of the Top 40 Under 40 by M&A Advisor.

Michael Murray is the Co-Founder of Reflect where he serves as a Managing Director.  He is based out of Boston, Massachusetts.  Mr. Murray has held various, and increasingly senior level banking positions at a number of America’s leading financial institutions.  He is considered a foremost expert in special asset finance, and workouts on behalf of lenders, with a career spanning more than 35 years.

Prior to joining Reflect, Mr. Murray founded and oversaw the Junior Capital Division of Wells Fargo Capital Finance.  Prior to that, he founded the Gordon Brothers Debt Fund and served as its Chief Investment Officer.  Prior to that, Mr. Murray held positions in the Retail Finance divisions of Bank of Boston, Fleet Boston and Bank of America.  Mr. Murray holds both a BA and MBA from Babson College with specializations in finance and investments.

Darcy Eveleigh is a Senior Director at Reflect and is based out of Toronto. Throughout his career, Mr. Eveleigh has been involved in various corporate finance, financial diligence, balance sheet restructuring and strategic advisory mandates for clients throughout North America. In over 10 years of experience, Mr. Eveleigh has advised companies, boards, and lenders through complex situations.

Prior to Reflect, Mr. Eveleigh was a Director at FTI Consulting Inc. in the Capital Advisors practice, where he worked on special situation investment banking mandates. Prior to that, Mr. Eveleigh began his career at KPMG in its audit practice, followed by the financial diligence group, where he advised private equity and corporate clients on buy-side and sell-side transactions. He holds a BBA from Wilfrid Laurier University and is a CPA.

Olivia Manarin is a Director at Reflect and is based out of Toronto. Throughout her career, Olivia has supported clients across North America on a broad spectrum of corporate finance initiatives including balance sheet restructurings, mergers and acquisitions and strategic advisory projects. She has worked closely with management teams and lenders across various industries, helping them navigate complex financial challenges.

Prior to Reflect, Olivia was a Director at FTI Consulting Inc. in the Capital Advisors practice focusing on special situations advisory, assisting clients through complex financial restructurings, distressed transactions and strategic turnarounds.  Prior to that, she began her career at KPMG in the Consumer and Industrial Markets audit practice where she obtained her CPA designation. She holds an HBA from Ivey Business School at Western University.

Yaara Avitzur is a Director at Reflect and is based out of New York. Throughout her career, she has spent time performing debt and merger and acquisition advisory work for North American financial and strategic buyers and sellers across a broad range of industries. Specifically, Yaara’s work has been focused on corporate finance initiatives including cash flow and liquidity management, financial diligence, valuation analyses and strategic advisory.

Prior to joining Reflect, Yaara worked at RSM as a Senior Associate in the Deal Strategy Team, under the Merger and Acquisition Consulting Practice. Additionally, upon graduation, she started her career at KPMG in the Financial Institutions and Real Estate Audit Practice in Toronto, Ontario. She worked there as a Senior and Staff Accountant, focusing mainly on audits of public insurance companies. Yaara holds an HBA from Ivey Business School at Western University and is a CPA.
