We built this firm because we were confident we could do better. I knew we could deliver the depth and breadth of experience of the largest firms, with the thoughtfulness and agility that comes from removing unnecessary layers and only hiring top talent.
Our team has collectively spent decades at the largest firms in the industry. We sat in the rooms during some of the hardest situations in North America. We watched, learned, and were mentored by the leaders in our profession. We decided we could do it on our own, in our own way, and create meaningful change for our clients.
I started this firm because I was confident in our approach and our ability to achieve better outcomes in challenging situations. Situations where listening first, gaining an understanding of, and an appreciation for, all of the dynamics at play, were the difference between resolution and confrontation.

Adam has 25+ years of experience advising management, boards, shareholders, and lenders on U.S. and cross-border corporate finance and balance sheet restructuring mandates.
He regularly serves as a Chief Restructuring Officer, Independent Director, and Chair of Special Committees in complex, high-stakes situations involving acquisitions, divestitures, turnarounds, and operational change initiatives.
He is a CPA and a Certified Turnaround Professional with a corporate finance specialization and is recognized in the Who's Who Legal rankings of restructuring advisors.

Ryan is a Senior Director bringing 15 years of finance experience, including 11 years focused on turnaround advisory and corporate finance. Prior to joining Reflect, he was a Senior Director at Alvarez & Marsal, where he advised corporations, private equity firms, and lenders on a wide range of restructuring and financial advisory matters. Ryan is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), a Chartered Insolvency and Restructuring Professional (CIRP), and a Licensed Insolvency Trustee (LIT).
